Besa's Pizza is the sister restaurant of award-winning Besa's Italian Restaurant in Garland, TX. Founded by father and daughter pair, Al and Blerina Shala, Besa's Pizza offers a simpler menu than the family's original Besa's, highlighting the pizza that has been featured in Eater Magazine's Top Pizzas in DFW three times since 2018.

The Shala Family immigrated to America in 1998, escaping the Kosovo War to give the youngest daughter, Besa, born deaf, the surgeries and treatment she needed to hear. The Family has lived in DFW since and opened Besa's Italian Restaurant in 2003, living the American Dream one pizza at a time!
